Weld-Rite Inspection & Testing was created to provide a Non-Destructive Testing service to a widely diversified client base. The Directors of Weld-Rite Inspection & Testing have developed a formal quality system with the aim of adherence to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, the NATA Field Application Document, all regulatory and statutory laws relating to testing activities and good professional practice.

Staff Experience

With technicians experience ranging from 5 to 10 years, there isn’t a lot we can’t help with. From projects such as the LNG trains in the North West Shelf to FPSOs in the Pacific ocean, our technicians have experience gained all over the country. Qualification based employment is something Weld-Rite prides itself on, meaning any inspection carried out for you is done with experience and competence, providing you with peace of mind.

No job to big

There is no job considered too big or too small for our technicians. From Fluorescent Penetrant inspection of bolts to 100% Magnetic Particle inspection of Pressure Vessels, our technicians come equipped with the knowledge, skill and equipment to complete the job first time around.

Cost Effectiveness

Due to the nature of the NDT provided by Weld-Rite, there is little to no downtime experienced for our clients. There is no need for site evacuation or exclusion. Whilst most items can be inspected in situ, the few items that may require disassembly can be inspected when it suits you best. Our technicians aim is to work with the Client, not against them, to provide a service second to none. We’ll work with you to meet budget requirements, scheduling deadlines and design requirements. Report Turnaround

Weld-Rite understands the need for reports to be issued on time, correctly and to the right people. One of the things that sets us apart from the various other NDT companies is the ability to issue reports within 48 hours of test.
